How to Order Online

If you prefer to talk to us personally you can order by phone. Call us at 1-250-564-4303 during regular store hours.

Use our secure shopping cart to shop online and send your order to us directly. You can fill in your specifications, preferred method of payment and delivery.

If you have any questions about our products or store policies you can email us using our contact form and we will get back to you with answers to your questions.

Payment and Delivery

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. We ship anywhere in the US and Canada by expedited parcel post. Please include a comment with your order if you require faster shipping.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping. If you are purchasing through our online store, taxes and shipping will be added to your order during the checkout process. If you order via email or phone - all orders will be confirmed prior to processing so that the customer can approve the total price including shipping. Note that BC residents will be charged BC PST and all Canadian residents will be charged GST.

Shipping

If you are buying body jewellery there is a flat rate charge of $5.95 for Canadian residents and $7.95 for US buyers. Whether you are buyng 1 piece or 20 the charge is always the same.

All other shipping charges are based on type of product with an estimate for cost of shipping based on size and weight. We pack products together so there will be savings for ordering more than one item in most cases. See the chart below for some examples.

Your shipping totals will be added to your total amount at the checkout. Take an item to the checkout if you would like to see the shipping totals.

All items will be shipped within 1-3 business days if it is in stock. You will be notified by email or phone if the item you requested is not in stock.
